Missy Elliot Does It Again! (Dope Music Video)

Missy Elliot's new music video is fucking dope! I have to give it up to Missy Elliot. She never fails to come up with most creative choreographed/dance videos for the past several years. She's definitely is the queen of hip hop music videos in my opinion. Check it out.

Roger's B-Day Party @ Jimmy's Lounge 2.2.08 (I Was Wasted!!!)

I have no shame in my game. I got drunk at my friend's b-day party and it wasn't even my birthday. I would have probably been fine if I wasn't forced to take a shot of tequila after drinking vodka tonics all night (never mix hard liquor people). Anyways, I can only laugh at these drunk pics of Roger and I. Enjoy!

Parties I Recommend For This Upcoming Weekend.

Saturday Night This is going to be a killer party in downtown L.A. with non-stop house, electro, and breaks all night long til the sun comes up. $20 pre-sale tickets are avaliable through GROOVETICKETS.

A more laid back Saturday night party, but still a cool party to hit up at the Lost Souls Cafe in Downtown L.A. If you love dope hip hop and soul music, this is the place to be for sure. For more info click HERE.

SUNDAY NIGHT

18 and D'oh! Giants End Perfection!

I couldn't asked for a better ending to a incredible football season except it should have been the Dallas Cowboys winnng the Super Bowl instead of the NY Giants. However, I have to give it up to that retarted QB Eli Manning and the Giants' defense for shutting down the Patriots' offense at the end of the game. Overall, this year's Super Bowl was slow and boring until the 4th quarter. It definitelt paid off at the end with two key plays by NY Giants when Eli broke three tackles and the threw the ball to David Tryee who held on to the ball by using his helmet. What an amazing play! Thus, setting up the touchdown pass to Plaxico Burress. What a great upset! There goes your perfect season of 18 - 1 New England! "How'd you like dem apples!?!?"

Podcasting 101 (Channel [Zero], Indie Redux, Requiem's Electro Sounds, & The Eclectic) [UPDATED POST]

3 STEPS TO MAKE A PODCAST

#1. CREATING A PODCAST - Creating a podcast is actually easy, but time consuming if you don't know what you're doing, and if you have a regular 9 to 5 job and a social life that keeps you preoccupied. If you're a Mac user like myself, Apple makes it really easy to create audio and video podcasts through software like Garageband and iMovie. These programs are very user-friendly. However, I recommend watching the video tutorials so learn quickly how to use Garageband and iMovie.

#2. CREATING A FEED FOR YOUR PODCAST - Here comes the pain-the-ass part of podcasting. iTunes and other podcasting sites requires a URL for your podcast. Basically, this means setting up a direct feed from your podcast to iTunes. Now, this is a lot trickier than it sounds. Unless you know HTML and how to create a website with enough memory storage to hold your podcast, you're going to have to find a webhost to do this for you. There are free web host sites out there, but they have miminum storage space. Therefore, if you really want to put your podcast on the world wide web, you're going to have to pay for a web host that has more storage space like GoDaddy.com or Geocities to host your podcast.

#3. HOSTING YOUR PODCAST - Yeah, I haven't reached this step yet cause I'm too cheap to pay for a website to host my podcast...haha. If you know of any free sites with a lot of storage space, please let me know. For the time being I'm going to use Megaupload. I'm going post a link to the following compilation mixes I put together that you can download for FREE. Check out the album covers below...

...the album covers were created but Keo Design.

Now, Channel [Zero] is my trip hop/alternative mix album. Indie Redux is my indie rock and indie hip hop mix album. Requiem's Electro Sounds is my electro/dance mix album. And we're still working a album cover for my eclectic mix album of all my favorite genres of music entitled The Eclectic.

Later, I'll post my first mix up today from the Channel [Zero] series entited Episode #1 - Reinvented. I'm hoping to have a mix up every other week on my blog. So please tune in every week or every other week for a FREE download. Thank you and enjoy!
